Payments and Paddle

Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for Choreo orders. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, billing, subscription management, and payment-related customer service. We share the information needed for Paddle to process and manage your purchase, such as your email address, customer or subscription identifiers, and plan details. Paddle processes payment information under its own buyer terms and privacy notices.

Who we share data with

• Hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, and support service providers that help us operate Choreo.
• Paddle, as Merchant of Record, for subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, invoices, and refunds.
• Professional advisers, such as legal, accounting, or compliance advisers, where needed.
• Authorities, regulators, or courts where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide Choreo, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account and household content is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, billing, or backup purposes.
