Terms of Service

The service

Chore Harmony is a household chore planning app that helps users create chores, assign tasks, track recurring routines, manage reminders, and view activity history. Subject to these Terms and your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Chore Harmony for your personal or household organisation.

Accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you use Chore Harmony for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Subscriptions, trial, and payment

Chore Harmony Pro includes a 30-day free trial, then renews at €4.90 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends. A payment card is required to start the trial. Subscription fees, taxes, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled through Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Chore Harmony, including by:

• using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• sending spam, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights;
• attempting to probe, scan, bypass, or interfere with Chore Harmony's security or technical limits;
• scraping, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the service without permission;
• reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code except where law expressly allows it.

Your content

You retain rights to the household content you enter into Chore Harmony. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, and back up that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve Chore Harmony. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed for any content you add.

Intellectual property

Blerinë Muliqi B.I retains ownership of Chore Harmony, including the software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Service availability

We aim to keep Chore Harmony reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or modify parts of the service where needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvements.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create a security or fraud risk, repeatedly or seriously violate acceptable use rules, or where required by law. You may stop using Chore Harmony at any time. After termination, access to paid features may end and data may be deleted or anonymised after a reasonable retention period unless we must keep it for legal, billing, or security reasons.

Disclaimers and liability

Chore Harmony is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use of Chore Harmony after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
