Refund Policy

We want Chore Harmony to feel useful and fair. This policy explains how refunds work for Chore Harmony Pro subscriptions.

30-day refund period

If you are not satisfied with Chore Harmony Pro, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge. This refund period is separate from the 30-day free trial, during which you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

How to request a refund

Chore Harmony orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the email address associated with your purchase. Paddle handles payment-related customer service, returns, and refund processing.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund past paid periods unless your request qualifies under this policy or Paddle's applicable buyer terms.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
